Our name, Easy Move, may have been a  mistake

When we bought the facility, we studied everything customers would encounter in using any storage facility.  We wanted to make your moving and storage experience better.

Hours of operation and basic security issues were similar in this region.  However, we began to see other important things that were not being addressed at other facilities.  Irritating things like:

  • The move-in process
  • Limited access to possessions at night
  • Unexpected rent increases
  • Getting stupid answering machines after office hours
  • Narrow aisles
  • Excessive penalties being charged for late payment

We changed the way customers are treated.  We studied self storage blogs to make each aspect easier and better.  We incorporated those ideas into our facility.  As a result, Easy Move seemed an appropriate name.  Renting and storing is, in fact, easier at Easy Move Mini Storage.

However, maybe we should have chosen the name "Less Irritating" Mini Storage.
